Just a brief note to thank you for the
outstanding service you have provided with the maintenance of
our Thermostatic Mixing Valves. As you no doubt remember, I had
reached the point of total frustration with the T.M.V.'s and the
way the water temperature was fluctuating. Not only that, I had
been unsuccessful in finding anyone who could give me a half plausible
explanation as to what was causing the problem and all the patch
up efforts had resulted in significant costs with no result.
I must admit, I was somewhat pessimistic
about your suggested solution as it would require me to throw
$11,000 dollars worth of equipment, less than 2 years old, in
to the bin. As you can imagine I was reluctant to do so. However,
we followed your advice and the result was instantaneous and spectacular.
Following your servicing of the valves,
all our water problems have disappeared. I have not had a single
complaint about the water temperature from any of the 84 residents
in the Hostel for well over 18 months.
My thanks to you for having the courage
to tell me the truth in the first instance. My thanks also for
the way you contact me and remind me that it is time for the annual
service. With everything that happens in the village it would
be easy to forget the servicing of the T.M.V.'s and let it slip
by un-noticed. My assistant tells me he is very pleased with the
way you leave the site clean and tidy and as well a the pleasant
way you deal with my residents when you go into their private
rooms.
Yukana has recently been awarded the Toowoomba
"Business of the year" award out of 419 nominations.
The truth is , we receive the award because of the service we
provide. We can only give that level of service because of the
support and assistance companies like yours provides us, so in
a sense part of this award belongs to you (but you are not getting
our plaque, its mounted on the wall in the foyer.
